Cornerstone OnDemand's Flexibility and Ease-of-Use Supports Global Training Initiative
Santa Monica, CA - July 22, 2005 - Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading provider of on-demand software for human capital management, today announced that the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the world's largest professional association for facility management, has successfully deployed Cornerstone OnDemand's Learning Management System (LMS) to 17,500 members across 54 countries.

IFMA offers intensive, multi-day courses that consist of extensive amounts of content. With Cornerstone's flexible, modularized approach to training, IFMA members are now able to browse a catalog of modules, complete selected courses, that are more targeted, and can be broken down into bite-sized, easy-to-manage pieces of training at their convenience. Cornerstone also offers the ability to track member progress throughout course participation and completion.
