Cornerstone to Present at HR Technology Conference and Expo

Company to lead engaging sessions, showcase its full HCM platform and offer free learning playlists as part of National Online Learning Week
SANTA MONICA, Calif. – August 30, 2018 Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, today announced it will showcase its latest technology innovations at the 21st annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition at The Venetian in Las Vegas on Sept. 11-14, 2018.

Cornerstone (booth no. 1504) will highlight the company’s product suites for Learning, Performance, Recruiting and HR, as well as its content subscription service, Content Anytime. The company will also feature the portfolio of solutions it offers to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) attract, evaluate and retain an engaged and productive workforce. This includes PiiQ by Cornerstone, which offers performance and learning management capabilities with a simple and intuitive user experience designed to enable managers and employees to easily identify and address skill gaps while also facilitating ongoing training and development.

In celebration of National Online Learning Day on Sept. 15, Cornerstone will be extending the day of learning into a full week by releasing more than 20 curated learning playlists with over 200 courses for free. The playlists will be available online from Sept. 10-15, and streaming live at the Content Corner in the company’s booth.

Additionally, Cornerstone executives and clients will share expertise and insight on industry trends, best practices and the technology that’s shaping the new skills economy in the following conference sessions:

Wednesday, Sept. 12

  • Talent Management Track, “How Wendy’s Built a Culture of Learning That Boosted Customer Satisfaction and Sales.” Chief People Officer at Wendy’s, Coley O’Brien, will share how the restaurant chain has continued to grow and innovate across the globe by implementing a culture of learning with the Cornerstone Learning Suite. Wendy’s is proof that a strong learning strategy can drive business performance including higher sales, faster speed of service, improved customer satisfaction scores, and increased employee engagement and retention. This session is being held on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 1:15 p.m. in Lido 3105.

  • Market Visionaries Track, “Vision for HR Technology: Cornerstone OnDemand.” Join Cornerstone’s Vice President of Content Services Josh Schwede and Director of Product Management Elvis Ha for an update on the state of the learning and content industry. Cornerstone will share its point of view on where the industry is headed, how organizations will be impacted and what practitioners can do to prepare. This session is being held on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 1:15 p.m. in Lido 3102.

  • Research Insights Track, “The Future Looks Bright. Or Does It? How to Navigate the New Skills Economy.” Cornerstone’s Associate Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Jeff Miller and Institute for the Future’s Director of the Work+Learn Futures Lab Parminder Jassal will share new research that uncovers key findings about the intersection of working and learning in the new skills economy, including a 10-year forecast for what the future holds and the skills employees will need to thrive in it. This session is being held on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 3:30 p.m. in San Polo 3402.

Thursday, Sept. 13

  • Product Demonstration, Cornerstone Recruiting Reimagined. Conference attendees are invited to participate in an interactive demo session showcasing the company’s new, more user-centric approach to recruiting that enables talent acquisition teams to seamlessly recruit and onboard the right talent at the right time. Cornerstone Recruiting offers streamlined career sites with a highly configurable job application aimed at increasing candidate conversion. Hiring teams can quickly and effectively manage all candidates through the recruiting process supported by user-friendly dashboards and multi-module analytics. This live demonstration is being held on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 10 a.m. in Demo Room 2.
