Cornerstone (booth no. 1504) will showcase how it is helping more than 3,600 organizations around the world unlock their people potential through industry-leading talent management and talent experience solutions, including Cornerstone Learning, Performance, Recruiting and HR. Cornerstone will also highlight the eminent role modern learning content plays in upskilling and reskilling today’s workforce with its content subscription service, Content Anytime.
Cornerstone executives will also share expertise and insights on emerging HR trends, client best practices and a futuristic glimpse at the technology that’s shaping the evolution of talent experience in the following conference sessions:
Thursday, Oct. 3
- Cornerstone Product Demo, “Making Learning Work, At Work!” In this presentation, Cornerstone will demonstrate how HR leaders can proactively increase learning engagement by providing employees with a modern, highly personalized learning experience. In today’s business climate, people at work not only feel busy, but feel time-starved. They want to continue developing and adding value, but struggle to make the time. Technology needs to support learners where they are, with the content they need, in the flow of productivity to ensure employees get the right skills at the right time, meeting their individual needs and the business needs. This demo session is being held on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. in Demo Room #2.
- Future of Work Track, “A Peek Behind the Curtains: The Future Technologies That Will Revolutionize HR.” Join the R&D Heads from Cornerstone Labs, who will explore the next big technologies that will revolutionize the talent management and emerging talent experience markets. They will highlight what they see on the horizon (hint: it’s more than just buzzwords like “AI,” “bots” and “automation”) and share a sneak peek into some of the early-stage technologies they’re developing that could lead to major HR advancements in the future. This session is being held on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 11 a.m. in Lando Room.
Friday, Oct. 4
- Keynote Track, “Ideas and Innovators in HR.” In rapid-fire format, learn how to unlock human potential with Director of Product Management Elvis Ha by connecting the dots between jobs, skills and training content. How do we connect the role we want with the skills we need and access the content to learn those skills? Ha will explore how the pursuit of this endeavor has both technological challenges and poses ethical questions - and will call on other HR technology leaders to work together to unlock human potential. This session is being held on Friday, Oct. 4 at 8:15 a.m. in Lando Room.
