Success-driven implementation modes to fit client diversity
Our implementation service offerings enable clients to choose from three high quality, fast and cost-conscious implementation modes for deployment of their chosen Cornerstone modules.
One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to implementing your talent management platform. Some organisations are in a hurry to meet compliance or business-driven deadlines. Others prefer to be autonomous. Whatever drives your project Cornerstone has an implementation mode to suit you.
In just 3 weeks your organisation can be benefitting from Cornerstone’s enterprise talent management software.
Daily consultations between Cornerstone and your project team in week 1 prepares them for week 2, an intensive 4-days face-to-face bootcamp in which essential functionality is configured to achieve the desired outcomes. In week 3 twice-daily consultations support your team through testing and preparation for deployment.
This remote approach optimises economy without sacrificing quality or speed and is ideal for organisations dealing with budget or logistic constraints. Cornerstone hosts consultations with your key project team members twice weekly during discovery, design and delivery phases and daily through testing and preparation for deployment phases.
For clients favouring flexibility in the duration of the project or functional scope; a traditional, self-paced implementation with explicit governance.
Cornerstone consultants work with your project team to kick-off the project, establish a plan tailored to your resource availability and timeline, and train team members before collaborating on the configuration that best fits needs in a face-to-face design workshop. Your team then builds out, tests and prepares to deploy the solution with supervision and support from your Cornerstone consultants through twice weekly consultations and weekly project status reviews.
These 3 implementation modes equip clients with the essential parts of our platform, including:
- Core system elements such as organisational units, language pack, standard welcome page, emails, security roles, reports etc
- Module features to support the specific use case eg; Learning Management, Performance Management, Succession Management and Planning, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compensation etc.
